WIRED Gets to Play with the OpenMoko
WIRED got their Hands On With the OpenMoko.
Their review was not glowing, stating the Linux iPhone killer:
- Requires a stylus
- Has a less than intuitive interface
- Case “feels more like a toy” than its competitors
But! They did have good things to share:
- The interface with tight and easy to read
- Very lightweight
- The required stylus functions as:
- Styles
- Ball Point Pen
- Lazer Pointer
- Flashlight
- Great screen, albeit small
None of these are a deterrent for me. I am still looking forward to the October release.
